How it works

It starts with a free assessment, and you get a written plan whether you hire me or not. From there it’s a fixed price, a build in your own accounts, and a clean handoff.

Four steps, start to finish

Most projects go from first call to running in your business in two to five weeks.

  1. Free call

We walk through your business: where the hours go and where growth is getting stuck.

    30 minutes
  2. Your one-page plan

The systems that would pay off first, the hours each gives back, and a fixed price.

    Within 2 days
  3. Build, demo and sign-off

I build it in your accounts and show it working on your real data. Nothing goes live until you sign off.

    Usually 1–3 weeks
  4. Rollout and handoff

It goes live in your business, your team gets a walkthrough, and you get the runbook.

    Then it’s yours

No handcuffs

Agencies and software vendors do well when you can’t leave. I work the other way: the goal is that you never need me.

  • Everything runs in your accounts, under your logins
  • A plain-English runbook for every system I build
  • A walkthrough so your team can restart or change it
  • An optional care plan if you’d rather not think about it

After the handoff

Two ways to go from here. Both are fine by me.

Run it yourself

Everything keeps running in your accounts. Your runbook covers the common fixes, and your team knows how to restart, change or switch off each system. If you never call me again, it keeps working.

Keep me on call

A monthly care plan covers fixes, tweaks and new builds with a set number of hours each month, so the systems grow with the business. It’s optional, and you can stop it any time.

Fair questions

Something else on your mind? Email me and I’ll answer it myself.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the job. A missed-call text back and an inventory system are very different builds, so I price each one after the free assessment, as a fixed project price. You’ll know the number before anything starts, and it’ll be a small-business number.

What happens if something breaks?

Your runbook covers the common fixes in plain English, and I show your team how to restart things during handoff. If you’d rather not deal with it at all, a monthly care plan puts me on call.

Do I need to buy new software?

Usually not. Most of what I build runs on Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, your booking or invoicing tool, and an AI account you may already have. If a new tool would really help, I’ll tell you what it costs and why first.

Can we work together in person?

Yes, anywhere around Austin, or entirely remotely if that suits you better. Calls, training and handoffs all work either way.

Is my customers’ data safe?

Everything stays in your accounts, and I set the tools up with sensible limits on what goes into AI. I spent years in IT security and compliance, including a HIPAA-regulated hospital system, so I take this part seriously.

Is this just you?

Yes. owt studios is me, Jordan. You won’t be handed to a junior or an account manager. The person on the assessment call is the person who builds it.

Find out where your hours go

A free 30-minute call, then a one-page plan of the three things I’d automate first. It’s yours to keep either way.
